An open form of training involves observing other teachers, administrators, mentors, supervisors, or other coaches inside your school building and then at other schools in a district or organization. My experience training in coaching skills to managers around the world (including American, Malaysian, Chinese, Indian, Australian, European and Eastern European) is that different cultures face different challenges in introducing a training style, but that once managers successfully assimilate the skills, they can communicate with each other more easily, regardless of cultural differences. True learning occurs in the field when skills are put into practice and I believe that, once the basic principles have been assimilated, every new coach or training director has the opportunity to bring some wisdom to this inspiring and growing profession. An expert in intercultural issues, she designs and teaches programs to create coaching cultures for corporate and public sector organizations around the world, and has won numerous awards as a coach and writer.
We can offer in-house courses through webinars, open coach training courses in London, certified by ILM, training qualifications for level 5, level 7 and diploma coaches, courses for managers as a coach, as well as general leadership development and team building programs.
