Self-confidence allows athletes to thrive in their environment. Self-confidence gives athletes the belief that they can overcome any obstacle and that they can achieve their goals. Trust is the cornerstone of leadership. A leader can learn to solve problems effectively, to communicate better, to be more decisive, to guide and hold team members accountable, to train, and many other fundamental aspects of leadership.
